Spicy Apple and Ginger
This warming beverage captures all the flavor of the autumn season. The zing of ginger and snappy apple brings heat from the tip of your fingers to the ends of your toes. Find a pine cone-strewn fireplace for a perfect setting.
50ml [Prototype] Gin
50ml Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
50ml Good Quality Apple Juice
50ml Ginger Beer
Nutmeg
In a cocktail shaker half filled up with ice, combine the gin and lemon juice as well as the apple juice and ginger beer. Use a stirrer to ensure that everything is mixed together.
Strain your liquid into a glass, top up with ice and then, using a small grater, dust fresh nutmeg over the top of the liquid to add an extra kick to your cocktail.
Blackberry Beauty
This on-season cocktail celebrates the warm colors and sweet fruits of autumn. Delicious flavors are topped up with fizzy Prosecco so the final finish is an elevated, yet rustic cocktail. If you can use freshly picked blackberries, so much the better!
50ml [Prototype] Gin
50ml Simple Syrup
10 (approximately) Blackberries
50ml Prosecco
10ml Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
Extra Fresh Blackberries For Garnish
Combine the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and blackberries in a cocktail shaker and smash gently with muddler or, if you don’t have one available, a wooden spoon.
Pour this mixture into a glass, add a few ice cubes and then top up with Prosecco. Admire your elegant drink with a vivid sunset color. Add a blackberry or two for a final flourish.
