The Quintessential English Summer Cocktail: May Flower Cocktail

May Flower Recipe (for the perfect English Summer cocktail)

• 60 ml Prototype Gin

• 25 ml fresh lemon juice

• 15 ml elderflower liqueur

• 10 ml lavender-infused honey syrup

• 3 fresh strawberries, muddled

• Soda water to top

• Mint for garnish (optional)

Mix as you would a perfect English summer: combine all ingredients except soda in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, strain into an ice-filled highball glass, top with soda. If you can't get your hands on lavendar-infused honey syrup, make your own with honey, lavendar blossoms, sugar and water.
