Easter Garden Fizz


  • 50ml Prototype Gin

  • 25ml fresh lemon juice

  • 15ml elderflower cordial

  • 10ml honey syrup

  • Cucumber ribbons

  • Premium tonic water

  • Edible flowers for garnish (optional)


Add Prototype Gin, lemon juice, elderflower cordial, and honey syrup to a shaker. Shake with ice until well-chilled. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Add cucumber ribbons to the glass. Top with tonic water and stir gently. Garnish with edible flowers.
