An easy gin cocktail recipe will warm you from your nose to your toes.
Everyone needs a gin cocktail (or two) after a day on the slopes. We discover the best ones for you and your party. Take off your gloves and hang up your snow boots. Get ready to relax those tired muscles.
🍍 Pineapple & Stormy
Need some juice to rejuvenate you? This waspish drink will give you back your bite. The spice of the ginger flavor is offset by the sweetness of the pineapple.
50ml [Prototype] Gin
250ml Artisan Fiery Ginger Beer
100ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Lime Cordial
Fresh mint
Pour gin into a glass, over ice. Add the ginger beer, top with pineapple juice. Add a generous slug of lime cordial. If you can, add a pineapple wheel and a sprig of mint.
🫖 [Prototype] Long Island Iced Tea
If you really want to see your tired legs wobble, why not opt for the infamous (not in a good way) long island iced tea? This is what we like to call a “too-easy-to-drink”.
25ml [Prototype] Gin
25ml Stolichnaya Vodka
25ml Mount Gay Silver Rum
25ml Los Sundays Tequila Blanco
25ml Cointreau
25ml Lemon Juice (ideally freshly squeezed)
25ml Simple Syrup
75ml Cola
Pour all spirits over ice in a tall glass. Add cola, lime juice, and the simple syrup. Stir slowly. Pour into a tall glass, add more ice if desired. Cut a lime wheel and add to the side of the drink.
🇫🇷 French 75
For a sophisticated beverage, opt for a tangy, yet delicate French 75. If après-ski is going to turn into après-bisous, we recommend this irresistible drink.
50ml [Prototype] Gin
25ml Simple Syrup
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Champagne (there is no recommended limit on how much champagne)
Pour the gin, simple syrup and lemon juice over ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe, and top up with champagne. Garnish with a lemon wedge, raspberry, basil leaf or whoever is around…
