Madame Rêve

Looking for a seriously elegant champagne to impress your guests - or better yet, a significant other? Try the Madam Rêve cocktail inspired by Chloé M and her Champagne Cocktails book (get your copy here!).

20ml [Prototype] Gin

20ml Raspberry Syrup

20ml Grapefruit Juice

60ml Champagne

Lime blossom for garnish

Fill your shaker with ice and add in the raspberry syrup, grapefruit juice and gin. Shake well for a good 10 seconds and then strain the liquid into a champagne flute. Next, pour the chilled champagne into the glass to complete the cocktail.

To truly celebrate this cocktail, place a lime blossom on the side of the glass for a final touch of beautiful decoration. Enjoy this cocktail and peruse the other delicious drinks you can find - and make - in the Champagne Cocktails book. Delicious!

French 75

How could we not honor our favorite, everyday go-to champagne gin cocktail? Easy enough to get hold of these ingredients, this can be quick to make when friends come over unexpectedly.

50ml [Prototype] Gin

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Simple Syrup

100ml Champagne

Lemon Twist

This traditional cocktail is a classic that everyone enjoys so you can’t go wrong if you’re looking to impress. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well before straining into a chilled champagne flute. Top the liquid with the bubbly champagne - pouring at a 45 degree as much as you can - and then adding a lemon twist to the top as a garnish. Serve with a swivel of your hand and triumph in your eyes!

Elderflower Gin Fizz

One of the best champagne gin cocktails in the world is the Elderflower Gin Fizz. This slightly sweet cocktail is easy to drink for anyone who prefers an easygoing beverage.

50ml [Prototype] Gin

25ml Elderflower Liqueur

25ml Lemon Juice

25ml Simple Syrup

100ml Champagne

Lemon Twist

Elderflower blooms (optional)

Combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Give it a good shake and then strain into a champagne flute. Hold your flute at 45 degrees as much as you can, and finally top up the glass with champagne.

Now for the fun part. You can add a lemon twist for garnish and if you prefer, you can make it even more luscious - take a few sprigs of the actual elderflower bloom and sprinkle on the top of the glass so that you emulate the elderflower flavors on the top of the glass. Inspiring!
